About Student Development

Olathe School District is ready to take youth leadership to the next level by integrating a customized asset-based program within the leadership and other curriculum, and by offering expanded opportunities and training for youth to demonstrate and grow leadership qualities and skills through the Student Development Department. This unique collaborative approach to experiential learning is seamless. It provides Olathe youth with a bundle of rich options and experiences available in the classroom and the community, linking learning to leadership and positive youth development.
