About the Student Development Advisory Board

The Student Development Advisory Board is the guiding body of the Student Development Department. This is the group that plans out the year, organizes large events, and meets with city leaders. This is a time when city leaders are able to voice their opinion on what Student Development should do throughout the year.  The provided input is considered carefully but the final decision is made by the Advisory Board and the youth of Olathe.

When the Board meets:

Student Development Advisory Board meets four times a year with city and school district staff along with youth to work out a plan for the next quarter.
