Here you will be able to fill out and send electronically an application for funds from the Olathe Youth Fund!

Before applying, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING

• Completely read the Olathe Youth Fund Guidelines before applying.
• Completely read the Olathe Youth Fund Application before you begin to fill it out.
• Fill out the entire application, print and/or save a copy for your records, and then submit the application to us via email. 
• Contact Student Development (780-7046, studentdevelopment@olatheschools.com) with any questions.
• If you have any problems with the online application, please contact us to make arrangements for filling out a hard copy of the application and returning it to our office instead of using the electronic form.
• Your computer needs Adobe Reader 8.1.2 or newer installed or the application will not work.  You can download the most recent version for free here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
